They put 4 new AA batteries into the recorder, took the time to demo it and made sure that I know how to use it correctly. He, Van Nixholm, even gave his cell phone number to call if I run into any difficulty using it. All this service just for a mere rental fee of $40. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for good equipment combined with best price and service.
